By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site or place an order.

Product listings, line sheets and quotations are invitations to treat, not offers. A contract forms only when we issue a written order confirmation. Commissioned design and pattern work is defined by a signed scope covering deliverables, number of fit rounds, milestone dates and fees; work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Made-to-measure garments are cut to measurements you approve in writing. Once cutting begins, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges. Natural fibres vary in shade and hand-feel between dye lots; minor variation is a property of the material and is not a defect.

Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quotation and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit on confirmation with the balance due before dispatch. Commission fees are invoiced by milestone, payable within 14 days. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable in [Jurisdiction]. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on mill and factory schedules. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address or carrier; title passes when we receive payment in full. Report visible transit damage within 5 working days of receipt with photographs so we can pursue the carrier.

All patterns, blocks, tech packs, photography, text and marks on this site remain the property of CoutureLine. Commissioned designs transfer to the client only where the signed scope says so and only after payment in full; our underlying blocks, grading rules and construction methods are always retained by us. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our patterns or imagery without written permission.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, misuse the contact form, or submit unlawful, infringing or misleading content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

We warrant that garments are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months of normal wear, excluding fair wear and tear, incorrect laundering, alteration by third parties and accidental damage. To the fullest extent permitted by [Jurisdiction] law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Either party may end a commission on 30 days' written notice. On termination you pay for work completed and for materials already committed; we deliver work in progress for paid milestones. We may suspend or cancel an order immediately for non-payment or a material breach that is not corrected within 14 days of notice.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including mill or factory shutdowns, strikes, transport disruption, fire, flood or government action. Affected deadlines extend by the length of the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email or a call before starting proceedings.
