CoutureLine is an apparel design house operating a studio and wholesale business. For the purposes of data protection law, CoutureLine is the data controller for personal data described in this policy. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Kidswear fittings are arranged only with a parent or legal guardian, who provides any measurements on the child's behalf.
We process enquiry and fitting data to answer requests, prepare samples and complete commissioned work — that is, to take steps at your request before or during a contract. We process wholesale account data to perform our contract with your business and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding which pages are useful. Where [Jurisdiction] law requires consent for analytics or marketing email, we obtain it before processing and you may withdraw it at any time.
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions: email and hosting providers, our production partners where a garment must be made to your measurements, payment and accounting providers, and professional advisers. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months.
